Abstract: Based on the low-carbon background, the use of VAR model to study the dynamic relationship between environmental regulation, low-carbon technology innovation and low-carbon development of the coal industry. The results show that: China's environmental regulation and low-carbon technology innovation to promote the low-carbon development of the coal industry is a gradual process.
